The top 10 per cent and bottom 10 per cent of students garner much of our attention in schools. Sadly that means that 80 per cent of students in schools thrive in being anonymous. How can we use data effectively to give these students clear goals with measurable progress points. This is a case-study in the effective use of data from varied sources to improve student wellbeing and sense of belonging.
